《三奧米諾》通常為一款老少咸宜的休閒遊戲玩家們在輪到自己的回合時，必須嘗試將他的一塊三奧米諾，打出到桌面既有的三奧米諾旁，且兩塊三奧米諾相鄰的一側數字必須相對，每位玩家一回合只能打出一塊三奧米諾，打出的三奧米諾會為你獲得分數，最快得出所有三奧米諾的會有額外加分，分數最高的為勝利者。
